MM Advertising plans and runs launches, brand activations and sponsorships from Lucknow, and has produced its own ticketed concert. We manage the venue, stage, lighting, branding and teams on the ground, and for sponsors we manage the deliverables, so every promised logo, mention and moment actually happens.

Sponsorship deliverables
A sponsorship is a list of promises: logos on the stage and screens, mentions from the stage, product placement, sampling, passes and content. We turn that list into a plan, check each item on the day, and report what was delivered with photographs. Brands use us for this at large events in other cities as well as in Lucknow.
Our own concert
In February 2023 we created and produced our own ticketed show, the Raftaar Concert in Lucknow, and ran it from start to finish, with brands on board as sponsors. More on our work page.
From brief to tear-down
Plan, permissions and venue; stage, sound and light; branding made in our workshop; teams and hospitality; show day; then photographs and a closing report. Stage, sound and light come from specialist partners we manage, so you deal with one team.

Do you organise concerts in Lucknow?

Yes. We manage sponsor deliverables at events in other cities, checking each promised item on the day and reporting with photographs.
Do you build the stage and branding yourselves?
Branding is made in our own workshop. Stage, sound and light come from specialist partners we manage, so one team is accountable for the whole event.
